（中央社記者唐佩君台北21日電）中國國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱今天表示，新式卡式台胞證是中國大陸單方面認為的便民措施，台灣民眾會擔心用途，她認為應先消除疑慮再公布實施。

中國大陸今天全面啟用新式卡式台胞證，洪秀柱中午出席「柱柱姐師生會」受訪時表示，這是陸方單方面認為對台灣的便民措施，且對方雖說適用範圍都與紙本一樣，但台灣民眾還是有些疑慮，擔心除申請程序與出入境用途外，會不會有其它使用？

洪秀柱表示，像這類重大措施，「我們要求陸委會一定要跟陸方溝通清楚，解除大家疑慮之後再公布實施比較好」。

行政院長毛治國今天則在立法院表示，中國大陸方面處理台胞證事宜，事先溝通不夠，非常不滿意這個做法，非常傷害台灣人民感情，要嚴正說明。

行政院大陸委員會副主任委員林祖嘉說，目前陸方宣布卡式台胞證內容與紙本完全一樣，但還是會擔心有個人資料問題。1040921
